2. For the really serious discount shopper and traveler, complete the order form iff:
   a) your fare is over $600.00;
   b) you are willing to pay cash for $50 - $300 discount on your published fare;
   c) you are willing to wait 24-48 hours for a deeply discounted quote.
   *We will e-mail or fax your discount itinerary. Make sure you can receive attachments and/or your fax is on.

Note: Use the order form if your published fare is at least $600.00. Fax authorization form to 408-238-5397.

FOR YOUR SHOPPING CONVENIENCE, we have listed some airline phone numbers below. They will hold your reservation for at least 24 hours or more
(depending on availability & travel date).They will also give you a confirmation no. to hold that reservation without giving them your credit card number.
