Why do I keep getting 'TOTAL ERROR' message in your booking engine? I entered all my travel information correctly?
Airline availability changes from moment to moment as the lower priced fares
sell out. This explains why the price on any given flight can change at any
time. Also, once all possible fares are sold, the flight can no longer be
booked. At that time you may get an 'error message'. Please choose a different flight.
Do you have a live person I can talk to?

Will I still get MILEAGE credits on WholeSale Tickets?
Most of our tickets get full mileages credits. Some special fares like the 'White Label Fares' do not get mileage credits. Tickets bought through our 'Order Form' will get full mileage credits. Also, it is best to give the airlines your Mileage Account # when you check in. You can also call the airlines after you purchase your tickets by giving them your record locator number or confirmation number.
Why does your INFANT/CHILD FARE cost the same as the adult fare in your booking engine?
Our negotiated/discounted fares will probably be cheaper than the child's fare you purchase directly with the airline. As for an infant 'lap seat', please call the airlines directly to book your infant by giving them your confirmation number.
What are the pros & cons of an E-TICKET?
When you purchase an E-Tickets, all you need is the itinerary we send you or your confirmation number plus a valid government ID (Driver's License). It also saves you shipping fees incurred when purchasing paper tickets, plus there's no risk of losing or misplacing your paper tickets. However, should your flight be cancelled or delayed and you NEED to be on the first flight out, you may have more leverage trading your old paper ticket for another flight with another airline.
Where and how will my PAPER TICKETS be delivered?
Paper tickets will be delivered to the credit card's US billing address via FedEx 2 day priority.
How will I know if I really have a VALID RESERVATION with the airlines on the discounted tickets?
For our booking engine, a ResFinder code will be displayed at the end of the transaction. Please print this page or note down the ResFinder code. Your airline confirmation number will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours or upon authorization of the credit card charge. For 'Order Form' tickets, we e mail or fax you an itinerary with a Record Locator Number to confirm directly with the airlines.
Are there any additional RESTRICTIONS with WholeSale tickets?
Discounted airline tickets are usually non refundable and are charged penalties by the airline for changes.
Can I get a REFUND/CREDIT on tickets if I cannot travel?
We have negotiated many different types of agreements with different airlines;
thus, the rules and restrictions for exchanges and cancellations vary greatly
if allowed at all. When allowed, airlines require a fee for the exchange plus any difference in fare if applicable. Exchange fees start at $125 and go as high as $350. Some airlines allow cancellations and will charge even steeper fees. You may also exchange it for an airline credit with penalty, and validity could be anywhere from 1-3 years. Tickets sold through the booking engine are final. Please contact the travel center at 1-800-929-2523 or 915-332-8785 between 8 a.m.-6 p.m. central time, Monday through Friday.
What FORMS OF PAYMENT do you accept?
For our booking engine, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express with a US billing address. Some bulk fares are available by cashier's check only.
Do I have to provide a CREDIT CARD number on the order form? What about the Fast Fare Finder booking engine?
The Order Form can be completed for quote without providing a credit card number.
In Fast Fare Finder, you may search for fares without entering your credit card number. You will be required to open an account in our secure site to purchase tickets in our booking engine. Please read 'Credit Card Safety' when opening your account.
Where do I go to handle LOST PAPER TICKETS?
Passengers call the airlines directly. We can fax you a copy of your ticket record to expedite the reissue process. You will be charged a $50-$75 Reissue Fee plus any penalties charged by the airlines.
*We strongly recommend E-Ticket if available.
Why are some BULK FARE cash/cashier's check only?
Because we paid up front for those tickets. Plus, if you pay by credit card and change travel plans, we stand to lose a great deal of money on a chargeback to your credit card account.
What DESTINATIONS do you provide wholesale discounts to?
Mostly for airfares over $600 to Europe and Asia.
What about SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS and SEAT ASSIGNMENTS?
With your record locator number or airline confirmation number, you can request seat assignments and other special flight requirements.
How will I receive my itinerary and DISCOUNT QUOTE?
(a) We will send it by e-mail. Make sure you are able to receive attachments (tell us if you can't so we can modify it). (b) We can also fax it to you.
